2) Build PBS Pro source code using visual studio 2008 express edition.

3) Install following third party libraries at preferred location.(Access-able to Wix)

 a) Pgsql b) Python 2.7 c) Openssl d) libedit e)Swig f) Libical g) Tcl h) Tk
