PP-615: comment on queue

Overview:

New attribute "comment" can be set on queue. The purpose of the comment attribute is to keep information about the queue. For example a description of the queue.

Interfaces:

  • Interface 1: comment
    • Visibility: Public
    • Change Control: stable
    • Synopsis: Add queue attribute comment
    • Detail: Administarator, manager and operator can set/unset the attribute by qmgr. Everybody can read this attribute using qmgr or qstat. The comment attribute is unset by default and the assigned value of the attribute is string. All modifications done to this attribute are not saved in database, it is only saved to database when PBS server shuts down.
