load_balancing will be marked as deprecated in the documentation & eventually removed from the sched config
This is the only non-deprecated feature that makes the scheduler contact the mom. Once this is deprecated, all features in the scheduler that uses rm_get code can be safely removed from the scheduler(and therefore tpp) will be deprecated.
